Public Hearing on Salem's ADU and Inclusionary Zoning Ordinances

On Monday, March 20th, the Salem City Council will hold a joint public hearing with the Planning Board to discuss both the Accessory Dwelling Ordinance and the Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance.

This public hearing will be held remotely through Zoom and by call in due to public health measures surrounding COVID-19. Salem is utilizing remote meetings during the State of Emergency in accordance to Governor Baker’s recent executive order concerning Open Meeting Law.
