The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that real estate licensees complete at least twelve (12) hours of continuing education credits every two (2) years. However, many REALTORS® attribute their success to attending professional development programs well beyond the state minimum requirements. We offer specialized training for buyer's reps, seller's reps, negotiation tactics, and more!
