Ipswich 3A Task Force Public Forum

The Ipswich 3A Task Force will be holding a public forum at Town Hall on Wednesday, March 22nd at 6:30 PM to discuss the multifamily zoning requirements for MBTA communities. The task force will be providing an overview of the state compliance guidelines and is seeking community input about the state compliance guidelines.
Ipswich filed an action plan for interim compliance with the multifamily zoning requirements for MBTA communities earlier this year. As a reminder, to comply with 3A, Ipswich must create a zoning district(s) that allows 971 multi-family units to be built by right with a minimum density of 15 units per acre.
