At the Monday, May 1st Town Meeting, Georgetown residents will vote to approve expenditures on the following CPA Projects:
Affordable Housing Trust Grant: Designate $201,000 from the Community Preservation Fund and $394,000 from the Housing Reserve Account to the Georgetown Affordable Housing Trust.
East Main Street Recreational Facility Electrification: $31,035 for preservation and improvements of the East Main Street Electrification Facility, including the provision and installation of electric power.
American Legion Park Irrigation: $10,531.15 to fund the engineering, design, and installation of an irrigation system for American Legion Park.
