Danvers Residents Reject CPA

Danvers residents voted to reject the CPA at yesterday’s May 2nd Town Election. Please see the unofficial results below:

  • 1513 votes against (52.7%)
  • 1322 votes for (46.2%)

The NSR Government Affairs Committee voted to support the Danvers CPA, and actively advocated for this measure. Please see the related articles section below for more information.

NSR Supports Approving the CPA in Danvers

The North Shore REALTORS® Government Affairs Committee voted to support approving the Community Preservation ACT (CPA). The Association respectfully asks our Danvers members to vote to approve the CPA at the Tuesday, May 2nd election.
