The Wenham Planning Board and the Master Plan Advisory Committee are developing a new master plan which will be used as a “guidebook” for the future development of Wenham.
The Master Plan will identify Wenham’s goals, existing and future needs, and priorities. Strategies and recommendations will be devised to achieve the goals and address the needs outlined in the master plan.
Strategies and recommendations will be created in the following areas:
Land use
Housing
Natural resources
Historic and cultural resources
Open space
Economic development
Transportation
Wenham is in the process of soliciting feedback to inform the goals and strategies in the master plan. Residents and those who work in Wenham are encouraged to fill out the Wenham Master Plan Community Survey.
