The Southern Essex Registry of Deeds in Salem will be closed on Monday, November 23, 2020 due to a positive COVID case in an adjacent office. The building will be cleaned and is expected to open on Tuesday.
The Registry will not be able to accept drop-off recordings, mail, UPS, FedEx, or other deliveries during this time. E-Recording will continue to be monitored remotely.
