The Govenor, Lt. Governor, Housing Secretary, and more gathered at LHAND in Lynn to discuss the new ONE+ Mortgage through MHP. NSR was honored to have been invited to be in attendance.
This program has been initially funding by Eastern Bank to service 29 Massachusetts communities. NSR communities include Haverhill, Lynn, Peabody, and Salem. The program is aimed to assist residents that CURRENTLY live in these communities, though they can buy anywhere in the state.
The new loan option builds on the success of MassDREAMS and the ONE+Boston pilot program. It was estimated that about 500 households will be benefited by this initial funding.
