In the last month, the median list price of a single family was $625,000 in the 23 NSR cities/towns. Compared to the median list price of $572,450 for a single family in October 2021, the list price has risen by 10% in the last year. Similarly, the median list price for a condo this month is $462,450 compared to $399,900 in October 2021.
A lack of housing production has contributed to the rising prices. While development is still lagging demand, there are several projects in the works on the North Shore. Please see a list of development projects that were discussed at this month’s Zoning Board of Appeals meetings:
