At the October Annual Meeting, Recognition Awards, and Installation of Officers & Directors the 2020 NSR Award winners were announced! These awards recognize outstanding accomplishments in the community, in the industry, and within the association. Congratulations to all our award winners for their fantastic achievements in 2020.

Linda Turcotte is the definition of a good neighbor: volunteering with Ellis Square Friends and the Jimmy Fund Walk, participating in the Annual Plunge 4 Pete, and a KW Cares Committee member.

Congratulations Rosa Ordaz, Haborlight Community Partners, our 2020 North Shore REALTORS® Homeownership Advocate Award winner!
As the Resident Services & Community Engagement Manager at Harborlight Community Partners, Rosa Ordaz manages the the Financial Coaching program and Resident Services for formerly homeless individuals, seniors, and disabled residents. She is also the Homebuyer Counselor the the HCP/NSR First-Time Homebuyer Class!
2020 North Shore REALTORS® Rookie of the Year Award
Congratulations Annie Belmer, Nina-Soto Realty, Salem, our 2020 North Shore REALTORS® Rookie of the Year Award winner!
Annie Belmer has been deeply involved in the community, in NSR, and the real estate industry over the last year. She works with at-risk teens and young adults, provided Mother’s Day baskets for homeless women, facilitated an adult homeless backpack program, packed and delivered care baskets with PPE to the elderly, the sick, and shut-ins, all while managing a thriving real estate business.

Congratulations Toni Riddle, Windhill Realty, Ipswich, our 2020 Outstanding North Shore REALTORS® Service Award winner!
Toni Riddle has been a standout volunteer over the last year serving on the NSR Board of Directors. She has been involved with the association since 1998 and during that time gone above and beyond in her role as part of the Grievance Committee and as a Mediator.
