In the last month, the median sales price of a single family was $630,000 in the 23 NSR cities/towns. Compared to the median sales price of $600,000 for a single family in November 2021, the sales price has risen by 5% in the last year. Similarly, the median sales price for a condo this month is $447,450 compared to $420,000 in November 2021.
A lack of housing opportunities on the North Shore has contributed to the rising prices. While development is still lagging the demand for housing, there are several projects in the works on the North Shore.
