In the last month, the median sales price of a single family was $630,000 in the 23 NSR cities/towns. Compared to the median sales price of $600,000 for a single family in November 2021, the sales price has risen by 5% in the last year. Similarly, the median sales price for a condo this month is $447,450 compared to $420,000 in November 2021.
A lack of housing opportunities on the North Shore has contributed to the rising prices.
