Ipswich Releases Final HPP Draft

Ipswich has released the final draft of their 2020 Housing Production Plan (HPP). The draft will now go in front of a join meeting with the Planning Board and Select Board on November 16th for discussion and approval.
NSR submitted comments on an earlier version of the HPP draft. Many of our comments of support and concern were addressed in the final draft.
