At the December 6th Haverhill City Council Meeting, the Council decided to delay the planned vote on the proposed ADU ordinance by sending it to Council’s Administration and Finance Subcommittee for additional review.
Councilor Sullivan cited the “considerable misinformation” and the need to meet the objections voiced by the opponents of the ordinance.
The Administration and Finance Subcommittee will hold public hearings, where residents will be invited to ask questions and provide feedback on the ordinance.
