The Hamilton Planning Board has been working to create a Form-Based Code for Town Center with the desire to promote downtown development. The municipality has hired Utile Architecture and Planning to consult on the project. Utile has launched a website for the plan, which also includes details on MBTA Communities zoning for the town. There will be a Town Center Visioning Workshop on Thursday, July 25 from 6 – 8pm at the Miles River Middle School multi-purpose room. Additional details can be found under the “Get Involved” tab on the website, which includes email updates.
