Gatherings Further Limited and New Stay at Home Advisory

Monday, Governor Baker issued several orders that updated measures designed to curb the spread of COVID-19. The orders could have impact on how REALTORS® conduct their business.

The orders include the following:

  • Limit to indoor gatherings at private homes to 10 people; outdoor gatherings to 25
  • Stay At Home Advisory instructs residents to stay home between 10 pm and 5 am
  • Masks required for anyone over 5 years old in any public location, whether indoor or outdoor
