Today, the Danvers Board of Health has issued an order restricting open houses effective immediately. Private showings my continue with social distancing policies in place.
The order specifically states: “No “open house” for the sale of residential or commercial real estate may be held. A private showing of real estate may be conducted if social distancing measures are used. Visitors are limited to two persons, and one realtor. Visitors must be advised to limit the touching of surfaces; and, cleaning of frequently touched surfaces must be conducted between visitors."
