Beverly Hearing to Discuss Proposed 3-Story Building Height Restriction

The Beverly City Council will be discussing a proposed restriction that would limit new building projects in Beverly to three stories (35 ft). The meeting will take place on Monday, December 5th at 6:30 PM at City Council Chambers at 191 Cabot Street and will be streamed HERE.
In addition, the City Council will also review Beverly’s tall building overlay district which allows developers to see a special permit for buildings greater than the five-story maximum.
Beverly is in the process of reviewing its Master Plan and the Planning Board will make zoning change recommendations at a future City Council meeting.
