3A in Gloucester
According to unofficial results posted by the city of Gloucester, residents yesterday voted 60% yes to affirm the 3A ordinance passed by the city council in October of last year.

This will bring Gloucester back into 3A compliance. You can find the posted election results here.

Reminders from Previous Updates:

  • Salem has introduced a Home Rule Petition that would prohibit Broker Fee Shifting. You can find the full text here.
  • Salem is considering a Condo Conversion Ordinance that would apply to any building with 2+ units. You can find the full language here.
