210 Affordable Units Maintained Through 2071 in Lynn

The Lynn Economic Development & Industrial Corporation (EDIC) has come to an agreement with Crowninshield Management Corporation to maintain the 210 Affordable Housing units as affordable in the Harbor Loft Apartments until 2071.

The units in the Harbor Loft Apartments range from studios to two-bedrooms. Lynn is currently at 12.5% Subsidized Housing Inventory. EDIC Chairman Charles Gaeta noted retaining these units as Affordable Housing is a key component of the effort to create additional affordable units.
