On October 20, 2026 from 5 - 9pm at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, North Shore REALTORS® will be holding our Annual Meeting, Awards, and Installation!

Location

This year's Annual Meeting, Awards, & Installation will be held at the beautiful Beauport Hotel in Gloucester. This is the first time NSR is returning to the Beauport since 2017.

Dining Experience

NSR has contracted local favorite Vinewood Catering to craft your culinary experience.

Your dining journey will commence with the crunch of Beauport Salad comprised of tender lettuce, shaved asparagus, Manchego, pomegranate seeds, and raspberry vinaigrette.

Entree options include:

  • Sliced Tenderloin with Red Wine Demi-Glace on a Chive Horseradish Potato Pancake & Classic Creamed Spinach
  • Cape Ann Baked Haddock with Oven Dried Tomato & Ritz Cracker Gremolata atop Potato Chive Puree with Julienned Vegetables
  • Artichoke and Fintina Ravioli with Arugula Pesto & Roasted Vegetable Mélange

Conclude the night with tiramisu amplified by raspberry coulis and berries.

For libations, there will be a cash bar with skilled individuals able to meet your drink order.

Annual Meeting

While the evening is filled with celebration and networking, there is business to be accomplished. Our Annual Meeting will include words from NSR President Lisa White, Treasurer Nicole Sargent, and a motion to accept the 2027 slate.

Awards

NSR will be awarding Rising Star, Affiliate of the Year, Outstanding NSR Service Award, Homeownership Advocate Award, Good Neighbor Award, and for the first time ever at this event the REALTOR® of the Year.
