On October 16, 2025 from 5 - 9pm at the Ferncroft Country Club in Middleton, North Shore REALTORS® will be holding our Annual Meeting, Awards, and Installation!

We invite you to join us for a memorable night of celebration, awards, and festivities. You can reply directly to this email to have NSR staff assist you with registration.

Location

This year's Annual Meeting, Awards, & Installation will be held at the graceful Ferncroft Country Club in Middleton.

This is the first time NSR is returning to the Country Club since 2016. For the first time in 20 years, the property is under new management with an updated ballroom, new head chef, and in the midst of a multi-million dollar rejuvenation to take place over the next three years.

Dining Experience

With your registration you'll have a chance to choose your preferred dinning experience among three entree choices prepared and served by the new head chef at the Ferncroft Country Club.

You'll prime your pallet with a mixed green salad delightfully accented by vine-ripened tomatoes, English cucumbers, carrots, and red onions.

Entree options include:

Grilled New York Strip Steak; Choice Sirloin with Cracked Black Peppercorn Sauce*
New England Haddock; Crumbed Fillet in a Beurre Blanc Sauce*
Butternut Squash Ravioli; Served with a Brown Butter Sage Sauce

For libations, two bartenders will take care of your every need in exchange for cash payment.

*Each served with garlic mashed potatoes and lemon butter asparagus

Annual Meeting

While the evening is filled with celebration and networking, there is business to be accomplished. Our Annual Meeting will include words from NSR President Adeline Matton, the Treasurer's Report, and a motion to accept the 2026 slate

Awards

NSR will be awarding Rising Star, Affiliate of the Year, Outstanding NSR Service Award, Homeownership Advocate Award, and Good Neighbor Award.
