Act III wraps up the June Event on a high note with the announcement of the 2021 NSR REALTOR® of the Year and an update on your association. Two breakout sessions allow you to take control of your event experience by selecting which two sessions you want to attend (selection done during registration).

Block A

Ruzanna Queenan is the President of Queenvest LLC, a REALTOR®-focused financial advisory firm that helps real estate agents organize their finances, keep more of what they make and build the financial security that they deserve. Prior to founding Queenvest, Ruzanna spent over 20 years in finance, technology and consulting holding leadership roles at companies including State Street, Sapient, Geode Capital, and AMG. She began her career in her native Armenia where she worked for the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund and the Foreign Ministry of Armenia. Ruzanna has a language degree from Yerevan State University of Armenia, an MBA from Babson College and earned her Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2007.

A REALTOR® since 1994, Veronica is a former office manager, she opened and led 2 real estate schools for major local franchises, she was the 2013 Massachusetts State President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and President of the former Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS®, and was EMAR's 2015 REALTOR® of the Year. This “in the trenches experience” gives Veronica the unique ability to leverage RPR tools to find solutions to the needs and challenges facing REALTORS® today. In addition to her work at RPR®, Veronica has presented to REALTORS® around the country on the local, state and national association level on agent technology tools, agent development and public speaking skills. This session is strictly a question and answer session. Our experts will answer top industry real estate questions like, “What happens if a buyer or seller passes away in the midst of a transaction?”, “Are there any new legal requirements due to COVID-19?”, “If I never meet my buyer in person, when do I get them to sign the Agency Disclosure form?”, “Do I have to have the seller sign all rejections if there are multiple offers?”, “What do I need to do to set an ‘all offers in by’ date as the listing agent?”, “Escalation clauses?”
