Susan Kline (RCE,CAE), Chief Executive Officer

Susan leads NSAR by directing strategic, policy, and long-term planning initiatives. She oversees the effective implementation of all association activities and services, provides advice and counsel to NSAR members, and manages the association’s finances in conjunction with the NSAR treasurer. In addition, she manages the development of the association’s goals, objectives and policies, coordinates and supervises the activities of association staff, and serves on the NSAR Executive Board.

Susan joined NSAR in 2004 and has more than 25 years of association management experience. Knowledgeable about real estate industry issues and trends, she previously served as executive officer for two REALTOR® Associations in Massachusetts. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), and a REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE), and received MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.


Image of Patrick Maguire

Patrick manages NSAR's Government Affairs activities and serves in a wide variety of managerial, member relations, professional standards, and information systems roles. He also responds to REALTOR® and consumer inquiries regarding the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and coordinates NSAR mediation, ethics, and arbitration procedures.

Patrick joined NSAR as staff in July of 2019 having served as a volunteer of the organization for nearly a decade prior as a Realtor member. As a Realtor volunteer, he served in many local roles, the culmination of which being 2017 NSAR President. On the state level, Patrick served as the Northern Region Representative and Executive Committee member. He brings over a decade of industry experience as a local North Shore real estate agent. Prior to his real estate experience, Patrick worked as a catering chef while completing his Bachelors in Mathematics at Merrimac College.

Jordan Berger, Education & Customer Service Administrator

Jordan coordinates all the education and event programming at NSAR. She provides member support to assist or direct questions concerning member programs and benefits. Jordan works with the Orientation, Community Outreach and Event Planning Work Groups.

Jordan joined NSAR in June 2017. Prior to joining the NSAR staff, Jordan gained event planning and customer service experience at a Convention and Visitors Bureau, an insurance displacement housing company, and a vacation rental company. She received a BS in Sport Management with a minor in Human Relations from High Point University.

Jeannette Southall, Finance & Membership Manager

Jeannette is responsible for the accounting activities to ensure proper financial management of the Association’s business activities. Prospective and current members with questions regarding membership or billing should contact Jeannette. She also works as the staff liaison for the Finance and Member Recognition Committees.

Jeannette joined NSAR in February 2014, after having worked in nonprofit finance for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the NSAR staff, she worked for Education Partnerships, Inc. as finance manager and the New England League of Middle Schools for 18 years, where her last position was director of finance.
