New NSAR Update Tuesday, June 24, 2008 NSAR, in conjunction with Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® is pleased to offer a new one-day certification course that will teach REALTORS® how to work effectively with complicated transactions involving foreclosures, short sales, properties at auction or bank owned (also known as real estate owned or REO), and help attendees protect their commissions as they assist buyers, sellers and mortgage companies through the process.
The one-day course will equip attendees to deal with short sales on both the buying and listing side; how to best approach lenders; and what information they will be required to produce. Since not all short sales avoid foreclosure, attendees will also learn about the auction process including viewings, financing, bidding, and commission concerns. Lastly, this course will also address the human element of these transactions as consumers potentially face losing their homes.
Taught by national and local experts in loss mitigation, Val Gehringer, Linda Kody and Ed Bugos, this course will help REALTORS® advance into new business opportunities in the current market.
$295 Tuition Includes:
