Attend these courses on November 5th and learn about Appraisal Process and Property Assessments from instructor and member John Proudian.  In the afternoon Robin Blake, Esq. will teach Closing and Settlement. On November 12th, Elaine Hoff will teach Brokerage Relationships and Offers. 
Pat Marcotte will teach the NAR Second Quadrennial Ethics Training in the afternoon. Attendees will complete the Real Estate Brokerage Professional Ethics Training Requirement and earn 12 credits if all 6 classes are completed.
