Bert Beaulieu

NSAR's 2011 REALTOR® of the Year is Bert Beaulieu

The North Shore Association of REALTORS® (NSAR) recognized Bert Beaulieu, Northrup Associates, Lynnfield as the 2011 NSAR REALTOR® of the Year at the Association's June 16th Membership Meeting & Expo at the Holiday Inn in Peabody before a crowd of over 200 REALTORS®.

The prestigious award was announced by 2010 recipient, David Kres, who explained that the purpose of the award is to recognize one outstanding member who has, in the past 18 months, made a significant contribution to the advancement of the real estate profession and the community at large.

At the local level, Bert is the Immediate-Past President of the North Shore Association of REALTORS® (NSAR), and member of the Government Affairs, RPAC Fundraising Work Group, Leadership Development and Nominating, and Business Planning Committees.

Beaulieu has a passion for Government Affairs and works tirelessly in this arena. In addition to his local participation, he is the Northern Region RPAC Trustee for Mass RPAC, a President Level RPAC Contributor and member of the MAR Government Affairs Committee. He is a regular participant at both the Massachusetts Day on the Hill visits and the NAR Legislative Hill visits.

Beaulieu is also a member of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) Board of Directors. This past year he was accepted into the MAR Leadership Academy and is a graduate member of the class of 2011.

A resident of Lynnfield, he is a member of that town’s Open Space and Recreation Committee and was recognized for the completion the town’s new Open Space plan.

Beaulieu has earned his CBR, EPRO, GREEN, GRI, LMC, and SRES designations.

Beaulieu’s credentials will be forwarded to the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and he will be honored with recipients from other local associations in October, when one will be named state REALTOR® of the Year and be recognized at the National REALTORS® convention in November.
