Susan leads NSAR by directing strategic, policy, and long-term planning initiatives. She oversees the effective implementation of all association activities and services, provides advice and counsel to NSAR members, and manages the association’s finances in conjunction with the NSAR treasurer. In addition, she manages the development of the association’s goals, objectives and policies, coordinates and supervises the activities of association staff, and serves on the NSAR Executive Board.
Susan joined NSAR in 2004 and has more than 25 years of association management experience. Knowledgeable about real estate industry issues and trends, she previously served as executive officer for two REALTOR® Associations in Massachusetts. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), and a REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE), and received MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Jeff assists the Chief Executive Officer in a wide variety of managerial, member relations, professional standards, information systems and governmental affairs roles. He responds to REALTOR and consumer inquiries regarding the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and coordinates NSAR Mediation, Ethics and Arbitration procedures as well as Government Affairs activities. As a REALTOR®, Jeff was active on many of the committees that he currently staffs.
Jeff Pappas came to NSAR in October 1995 with ten years experience with a non-profit organization in Ohio, followed by several years in residential and commercial real estate sales and rentals. Jeff attended college in New Hampshire and Kansas and has an Associates Degree.

Ann coordinates all the credit and non-credit education programming at NSAR. She leads the North Shore Center for Real Estate Education and a wide range of courses including Strategies for Real Estate Success, Professional Advancement, Pre-license, and continuing education. Ann also works closely with the REALTOR® Public Service Committee.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in education from College Misericordia in PA, and has years of experience in teaching high school and adult students.

Nancy works closely with the NSAR membership to enhance members experience and understanding of their benefits and the value of belonging to the REALTOR Association. She works as a liaison to the Member Value Work Group, Finance and Member Recognition Committees. Nancy is responsible for the accounting activities to ensure proper financial management of the Association's business activities. Prospective and current members with questions regarding membership or billing should contact Nancy.
Nancy joined the NSAR staff after 11 years in residential property sales. She served on several of NSAR committees during that time. Nancy also worked for many years for a non-profit organization in New York City and Boston as Director of Membership/Customer Service. She attended school at the Art Institute of Boston and Fashion Institute in New York for Marketing.
