New BPO Certification Course offered in Beverly

NSAR will be offering the new NAR BPO Certification Course on February 2nd.  The real estate landscape is changing. BPOs (Broker Price Opinion) are in high demand, and this brings whole new opportunities and ways to stand out in the market.

Course participants will learn to take advantage of this growing trend, reduce risk, and provide professional and accurate BPOs with NAR’s BPO Resource (BPOR) Certification.

During the core course, BPOs: The Agent’s Role in the Valuation Process, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to evaluate a property and learn to efficiently generate accurate and professional reports.

In order to receive the certification a participant must complete the course, view a free one-hour webinar, and submit an application with a one-time certification fee. Upon earning the certification, attendees will be eligible to receive priority BPO orders as a preferred provider from leading BPO management companies through a partnership with REALTORS® Property Resource™.
