2.13.12 Federal Housing Priorities Topic of NSAR Membership Event

REALTOR public policy priorties will be discussed at the March 22nd NSAR Membership Event to be held at the Danversport Yacht Club. Topics include MID (mortgage interest deduction), reform of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac and legislative efforts to continue to make affordable flood insurance available.

10.17.11 Directions & Parking for Annual Meeting In Rockport

Due to the off-season timing of our event, ample street parking should be available around the Shalin-Liu Performance Center. (Please note the parking meters are in effect until 6:00PM). However, we have reserved additional parking in the parking lot of the Peg Leg Inn located on Beach Street, about a 3-minute walk from the performance center. See directions below.

9.13.11 New Home Heating Oil Law Goes Into Effect In September

A new law regarding homes with oil heat that will require owners to ensure that they have equipment installed to prevent leaks from tanks and fuel lines goes into effect on September 30th.
