Life Members
The Life Member Award recognizes an active member of the association who has served as a role model for professionalism in real estate for at least two decades, and has a long and established history of outstanding service to the REALTOR® association. Nominations for this prestigious award are submitted by members. The Membership Service Committee sends its recommendation to the Board of Directors who determines the recipient. The recipient is honored at the NSAR Annual Meeting & Awards Event.

REALTOR® of the Year
Presented annually, the NSAR REALTOR® of the Year award recognizes one REALTOR® for outstanding contribution and participation in activities that promote and advance the industry and community at large over the past eighteen months. Each year the winner’s credentials are forwarded to the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® to be in the running to be named state REALTOR® of the Year, an honor that is recognized at the National REALTORS® convention in November.
