Founded in 1923 as the North Shore Real Estate Board, the North Shore Association of REALTORS (NSAR), as it has been known since 1995, is comprised of the former Cape Ann, Greater Lynn, Greater Haverhill and Greater Salem Boards of REALTORS®.

The North Shore Association of REALTORS® ranks among the largest local real estate associations in Massachusetts, serves over 1500 members and represents more than 250 sales offices. Opting for the name Association, to avoid confusion with regulatory Boards, the mission of the organization is to provide opportunities for success for every member.
